The Object Information tab is your main dashboard for any specific object.
What’s inside:
Object name and Serial Number (S/N): Located right under the object title for quick reference.
AI Summary: Tap this for a quick, generated overview of the asset's current state.
Telemetry: Provides real-time data from the machine (fuel levels, engine hours, etc.) (only available when using CNH integration)
Warranty: Access this to see if the machine is still covered and view its repair history. (only available when using CNH integration)
Managing Jobs and Materials
Keeping track of what was used and what was done is handled through the collapsible menus on the Object Information screen.
Jobs Section: Check the work that was done to the object on previous work orders.
Materials Section: View parts used for repairs, including quantities and the technician who was working with the work order.
Remarks: This section houses specific notes and pictures from technicians.
Caution Codes: Find any error codes the object has flagged. (only available when using CNH integration)
3. Checking Warranty & Telemetry (only available when using CNH integration)
By tapping the Warranty button, you enter a detailed view of the machine’s legal and service standing.
Vehicle Information and Services: Check the start date of the warranty and technical classification.
Product Improvement Programs (PIP): This is where you’ll find manufacturer recalls or suggested upgrades.
Repair History: A chronological log of every fix ever applied to this specific unit.
The Telemetry screen gives you a digital "snapshot" of the machine's health and activity without needing to be in the cab.
This section provides the most critical real-time data points for the asset:
Operating Hours: Track total engine time to stay ahead of scheduled maintenance.
Engine Running: A quick indicator of whether the machine is currently active.
Fuel & DEF Remaining (%): Monitor fluid levels remotely to coordinate refueling logistics.
Speed: View the current ground speed of the unit.
If you need to find the machine in a large field or track its movements, use the Location card:
Latitude / Longitude: Provides exact GPS coordinates.
Altitude: Shows the current elevation of the machine.
This area is essential for preventing mechanical failure. It tracks the maximum recorded temperatures for various systems:
Transmission & Hydraulic Oil: High temps here can indicate heavy strain or potential leaks.
Engine Monitoring: Tracks temperatures for the Intake Manifold, Engine Coolant, and Engine Oil to ensure the motor is operating within safe parameters.
Key Navigation Tips
The Back Arrow (←): Always takes you to the previous screen without losing your place.
The Search Icon (🔍): Use this in the Warranty or Object screens to find specific parts or dates quickly.
Expanding Menus (∨): If you don't see the info you need, tap the small arrow to expand hidden details like "Remarks" or "Caution Codes."
