    • Date to which data will be synchronised.

  • FirstSync

    • Leave it TRUE if you're using Desktop version only or you're preparing data to be published to the Cloud.

5. Click "Load" and wait while all your account information will be downloaded. Synchronisation speed depends on the amount of data you have collected using Frontu and your computer performance.

6. You will see all possible entities and fields in the “Data” tab, also one predefined dashboard.

7. Create your own reports using tools provided by Microsoft Power BI Desktop software.

Please note below listed points if your reports are time/date specific or you would like to include custom fields to your reporting.

  • All dates are displayed in UTC (+0) time zone, if your reports are time/date specific, you need to create separate columns for needed fields with “Local time” option.

If you’re using custom fields - you have to expand “customValues” column on each table. Expanded columns will have GUID identifiers. To identify custom field, you can find custom field guid in it’s preview on Frontu administration panel.
