Let us introduce you with AI object summary available in Frontu application as well as in Administrator environment. It is easy to use and gives user a detailed summary about the object and works that were performed.
How to use AI Object history in the application
Users can access the Object Summary feature from the Object History page. Navigate to the tab and you will see the list of previous work orders. On the top, the button "Generate object summary" is visible.
Click on the green button. You will see that the summary generation is in the progress. Wait for a few moments until summary is prepared.
When summary is generated it is displayed right away. Accessibility options make the feature usable for all users are applied: you can make text bigger or use a higher contrast.
User can use search within the summary to find specific information
Under the summary you will see the dislaimer "AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: This summary is provided for informational purposes only."
How to use AI Object history as administrator
Open objects list from the menu. Find the object you want to see a summary. Detailed view will have a green button "Generate AI response". Click on it.
It might take few moments until the summary is generated. When it is done, you will be able to see a short summary of the object.
On the top, under the object's title, you will see a disclaimer that this information was generated by AI. Close button will close this screen.
