Welcome to Max AI, your ultimate AI-driven assistant for Field Service Management. Designed to streamline your operations, service managers can effortlessly upload various documents, allowing technicians to receive instant, accurate answers through an intuitive chat interface. Configuration

  1. You can access configuration by clicking Max AI menu item on the sidebar.

  2. In this configuration window you can manage files which will be used as a source to generate answer for your questions.

  3. You can upload multiple .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .md files up to 100MB size per file.

  4. After file upload, wait while files will be pre-processed and get status "completed". This means that it's ready for usage.


Usage in the web platform

  • To access Max AI from web platform, you need to click a bolt icon in the header

  • You can simply ask questions in this chat, by typing it in any language

  • Each question will be separated into thread, you need to click on it to open

  • Answer generation could take some time (~10s), so be patient

  • If you want to get more details or just continue conversation about the same topic, just add more questions to the same thread. All information provided before in the thread will be used as a context

  • If Max AI used specific file information to generate an answer, you will be able to access it via Frontu PDF Viewer by clicking on provided link


Usage is the technician app

  • To access Max AI from app, you need to click a bell icon in the footer and choose "Frontu" to open chat.

  • You can simply ask questions in this chat, by typing it in any language

  • Each question will be separated into thread, you need to click on it to open

  • Answer generation could take some time (~10s), so be patient

  • If you want to get more details or just continue conversation about the same topic, just add more questions to the same thread. All information provided before in the thread will be used as a context

  • If Max AI used specific file information to generate an answer, you will be able to access it via Frontu PDF Viewer by clicking on provided link


Tips & Tricks

  1. Be Specific and Clear: When asking questions, provide as much detail as possible. Specific questions help Max AI understand your needs and deliver precise answers. For example, instead of asking "How do I fix this issue?" try "What are the steps to replace a faulty valve in the Model X water pump?"

  2. Use Keywords: Incorporate relevant keywords from the documents you’ve uploaded. This helps Max AI quickly locate the information you need. For instance, mentioning "user manual" or "installation guide" can direct Max AI to the right sources.

  3. Ask One Question at a Time: Keep your queries focused by asking one question at a time. This ensures Max AI can process and respond accurately without confusion. If you have multiple questions, ask them separately.

  4. Follow Up for Clarification: If the initial response isn't clear, don't hesitate to ask follow-up questions. Phrases like "Can you explain that in more detail?" or "What does that mean in this context?" can help Max AI provide a more comprehensive answer.
