Credit Card, SEPA, Wired Transfers

Updated over a week ago

The fastest way to pay is with a credit card, but you can also use SEPA payment or pay by invoice if you are eligible to do so. All payments methods could be managed by clicking the euro symbol on the up right corner in your Web App.

Read on for more details, and drop us a message in chat if you have additional questions.

Pay by Credit Card

Easiest setup and live payment approvals! THE most convenient way to pay is with a credit card:

  1. Press the Euro symbol on the up right corner in your Web App

  2. Press “Payment Methods”

  3. Fill in the required fields and click “Add” button.
When adding a card, you authorize 7 Sprints UAB to save this payment method and automatically charge this payment method whenever a subscription is associated with it.

Pay by SEPA Direct Debit

The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is an initiative of the European Union to simplify payments across EU. SEPA Direct Debit is a reusable, delayed notification payment method, which works very similar as a credit card just uses your bank account and have some delay for charges. Here is how you can setup it:

  1. Press the Euro symbol on the up right corner in your Web App

  2. Press “Payment Methods”

  3. Press “Choose a different payment method”

  4. Press “Direct Debit”

  5. Provide full name, email, IBAN and authorize mandate that gives an authorization to debit your account.

  6. Notification will be sent to your email about Direct Debit setup. It could take a few days for your account to be charged

Pay by Wire Transfer

Some customers can use Wire Transfers (invoices) to pay for Frontu. Invoices are emailed to registered email address and to any other billing contacts.

It’s the least responsive payment method as transfers have to be accounted manually. So please use Credit Card or SEPA instead if there is possibility to do so.
