Set up profile and notifications

Navigation of the user settings. Learn how to review a profile and notifications, change password and logout of the system.

Click on the name in the top right corner to open the user menu.

My profile

In My profile window you can change your first and last name, e-mail, office you work for and select language that will be applied to your web platform.

My notifications

My notifications window - logged in user can choose what events he would like to be informed about. If the checkmark is not added, than the specific notification will not be sent.

There are two types of notifications: browser notification and email notification. If the checkmark is added, user will get that kind of notification.

This is an example of Browser Notification. If you click on it, you will be redirected to the specific request (in this case) or work order.

Email Notification shares more information such as a client, object, creation date and time, creator etc. Open button on the right up corner will let you to reach the request or work order by one click.

One more important thing before starting using notifications is to select the notifications policy. This means that you can select the rule for notifications.

None > you will not get notifications

All > you will get all notifications. This means that if your colleague created work order or request, you will be notified too.

Only my office > if the work order/request office will be the same as yours, you will get notifications. You will not get notifications from other offices.

Only if I am creator > only notify for your own created entries.

Only if I am Project Manager > when you are assigned as Project manager to the object that is used for request or work order.

After saving detailed notification settings, please do not forget to press the TURN NOTIFICATIONS ON (this button enables browser you are using if it has such a function to display Frontu messages).

Do not forget to turn on your Google Chrome browser notifications. You can manage those notifications at any time.

Needed changes on your account for Notifications to work

When the notification settings are all set, make sure that each work order type settings has a checkbox for “Send notification”. It will allow us to send a message automatically.

Work order creation form will have an additional field for phone number. Make sure the customer/responsible person has a phone number added to its card. When you select object and customer, it fills in automatically from the responsible person or customer data (depends on what a selection was made in settings). The phone field is always active, you can enter or edit the phone number by yourself.

Have in mind that work order creation card might look different in your account.

You can always change the order or move not required fields to primary or additional information tabs, instructions:

How to check who and when got an email or SMS? You can do that by clicking on specific work order and selecting detailed view. Action history will include date, action and information for phone number and email.

Change a password

You can change password in Change password window. Just enter the current password and a new password twice. The password will be changed if both the new and repeated password fields match.
