Check users locations and some statistics regarding work orders

Updated this week

Dashboard allows you to view a lot of different data. Within the dashboard you can easily locate and check all important information.

You can view:

  • location of employees on the map and see the number of work orders in progress;

  • statistics of work orders by employees on a chosen Day, Week or Month;

  • the statuses of work orders in real time in "Executing history" table;

  • five recently completed work orders with client's remarks;

  • top 5 app users who has completed the most work orders.

App user filter on the right side under the map will let you select the specific user to see his current location and work orders that are in progress. The location of employees can be refreshed by clicking the REFRESH icon in the top right corner.

Green arrow button on the left will enlarge the map.

"Statistics", "Work orders" and "TOP 5 app users" sections represent the work orders of the chosen period and the productivity of the employees. You can select the period of time filtering by Day, Week or Month.

What exactly you can see when looking at statistics?

  1. The number of completed work orders in the selected period;

  2. First time fix rate. FTFR is counted by comparing work orders that haven't been stopped during it's performance/all completed work orders*100. You can also see FTF (first time fix) average of the industry you work comparing with your company's rate. Information changes accordingly by selecting view by day, last week or last month;

  3. Industry average first time fix rate. We will take your industry rate that is based on settings. If rate is not set up, will be 75% by default.;

  4. The number of hours spent on work order;

  5. "Distance" section displays the number of route kilometers/miles;

  6. Customers' evaluation of completed work orders. If you click on the selected face, you will be redirected to the work orders list where only work orders of the same rating will be displayed;

  7. Total price including VAT for the added jobs and materials.

What is “Work orders” section for?

  1. Number of work orders planned for the selected period.

  2. Percentage trend shows how many work orders were created in the selected period comparing to the previous period. For example, if you select a period of today, the comparison is with yesterday. If you select a period of a week, the comparison period is with a previous week.

  3. Number of new work orders that were created during the selected period.

Total amount of work orders will be equal to the new work orders created if the administrator plans the work orders in the real time.

How to know the best and least productive employees?

"Top 5 App Users" table shows the top employee who completed the most work orders during the selected period and four employees who completed the least.

The number of completed work orders is calculated based on the "Work order end time" of each work order and the selected time period.

If there are less than 5 workers, they will still be displayed.
