Show suggested duration/quantity for jobs/materials before starting a work order
Previously technicians came across the inconvenience when collecting the needed goods from the warehouse. Even they already had their work orders planned, they were not sure how many materials to take with them.
Frontu team made a small but meaningful improvement to show planned quantities and even durations for work orders that are planned but still not started to execute.
User just need to access jobs or materials tab. The suggested quantity information is visible under "Missing info" label.
Possibility to change end time disregarding automatic setting from the type
Even if we trust the planning process while using different work order types, we understand that sometimes you can not identify how long the job will take.
From now on, application user will be able to change planned end time by himself with no limitations coming from work order type.
Guards add-on Beta version
Add-on is designed for the security personnel and their daily tasks. It enables real-time tracking of guards activities such as scanning places, filling questionnaires and leaving notes.

Frontu team believes that Guards add-on will help to optimize field operations while enhancing transparency and communication with clients.
To set up the object, user needs to add steps for scanning places, leaving notes and filling questionnaires/ forms.
When set up is done, the guards can open his app and see all planned tasks in one screen. Super easy design will let him start the task using only one button.
When places are scanned, notes left and questionnaires filled, application user can finish the work order.
Scanned places and the scanning time will be visible in task's detailed view as well as PDF report.
