Frontu Co-Pilot
We are super happy to introduce the latest Frontu feature Co-Pilot. We succeeded to implement AI in our system to help you analyze the documentation and get the answers right away without reading hundred of pages of manuals. We believe that this feature is crucial if you want to go ahead and use all that modern world can offer.

Quick work order search
You can use different filters to find a work order in the list. However the easiest way to find a specific work order is to use "Work order search" bar. You will be able to see it from everywhere. This means you do not need to go back to work orders list and search it there. Instead you can just enter title or number and find it right away.
When you find it in the list, click on it and quick preview will be opened. You can perform other actions from there or close the preview screen.

Possibility to choose objects for client role user
One improvements is related to a customer role user. If you are creating a customer role user, you will see "Customer" and "Limited objects" fields active.
Select the customer that this user is representing. Multiselect is allowed so it could be more than one. Then you will see all selected customers' objects in the "Limited objects" field. If you will not add any objects here, than the user will be able to see all objects for selected customer. However if you want only some of them to be visible, you must add them here.

Work order completion window allows you to select any contact person from the list. His name and email is filled automatically.
We added several rules for contact person automatic selection:
If the client has one responsible person, the app fills in the name and email of the responsible person. The app allows users to add custom contacts or select between the responsible person and the client.
If the client doesn't have the responsible persons, the app fills in the customer's name and email. The app allows users to add custom contacts.
If the client has more than one responsible person, the user can choose between the responsible persons and the customer.

Arrange work orders tabs in application by configuration
One of new features is also a work order’s tabs configuration. You can configure tabs and change their order. Arrows up (green) and down (blue) will let you to do that. The same order that you set up here will be displayed for the application user.
You can change them at any time. Do not forget to click "Save" button after the changes.

Stop reasons by work order type
From now on, work order types field is added to the stop reason form. Multiselect is allowed.
If you will assign a work order type to the stop reason, only selected types will show this stop reason. The reason for not selected work order types will not be visible for the application user.
The newly created reason will be added to the list below after the "Save" action. Have in mind that you can change assigned types or remove them from the stop reason at any time.
