Questionnaires in the Act of Acceptance

Web users can control which questionnaire details are visible in the generated document using PDF settings.

Updated this week

Displaying the date and time of questionnaire completion in the Act of Acceptance provides clear information about when checks and confirmations were performed. This helps ensure that questionnaire data can be accurately linked to the moment it was recorded during work order execution. Including timestamps improves document clarity and traceability, which is important for internal reviews, customer verification, and compliance-related documentation. It also reduces ambiguity by clearly associating questionnaire answers with a specific point in time.

Show date and time for questionnaires

It is now possible to display the date and time when a questionnaire was completed directly in the Act of Acceptance.

How to enable date and time for questionnaires

  1. Open Settings

  2. Navigate to Job card layout

  3. Scroll to the Questionnaires section

  4. Enable the desired options:

    • Show remarks – displays questionnaire remarks

    • Show date – displays the questionnaire completion date

    • Show time – displays the questionnaire completion time

  5. Click Save

Once enabled, the selected information will be included in the generated Act of Acceptance PDF.

How it looks in the Act of Acceptance

When date and/or time display is enabled:

  • Each questionnaire title includes the completion date

  • The exact completion time is shown next to the questionnaire name

  • Questions and answers remain unchanged

Have in mind that:

  • Date and time visibility applies only to documents generated after the setting is enabled

  • The setting affects PDF output only and does not change questionnaire data inside the work order

  • If neither date nor time is enabled, questionnaires will appear without timestamps (as before)
