You can find cancel reasons tab next to the stop reasons, in the work orders menu. Click on the tab. Here you will be able to see all existing cancel reasons as well as filters by title and archive, creation and some additional buttons.
New button is avalaible for new cancel reason creation. Click on it and and the pop up with title field will appear. Enter the title and save the entry.
Newly created entry will appear in the list and can be used by the user immediately.
When user is ready to cancel a work order, cancel selection will open dropdown list. There will not be an option to type, just select one reason from the dropdown list.
Selected reason will be visible under the status in work orders list as well as the action history in detailed view.
The same approach using the add-on will be available for the application user when cancelling from the technician's side.
