Can I create a work order in the mobile app?
Yes if you have a permission granted by administrator. On the main screen select New Work Order +, fill in the information and choose Save or Start Now. If you do not see New Work Order +, that means you do not have a permission.
Can I duplicate a work order?
Yes, in the web app. In the work order list, right-click the work order and select Copy. The duplication window opens with every field editable; click Save to create it. You can also copy data from original work order (checkbox is available).
Can I edit a work order that is already assigned?
Yes. Click Edit. You can add files, materials, remarks and jobs, and change the description, name, client, object details, priority and work order type.
Can I add extra information to a work order?
Use the Work Order Description field in the creation window, or attach files to the work order. You can also use custom fields for additional info.
How do I cancel a work order?
In the web app work order list, right-click the work order and select Cancel. It is then cancelled in the employee's mobile app. For the app user, you can cancel if you have a permission. Go inside the work order and click three dots on the right up corner, then select "Cancel" option.
How do I reassign a work order?
You can reassign in the mobile app or the web app. Click the work order, select Reassign Work Order, then choose the employee. If you can not see the option to reassign in the app, you might not have a permission and need to contact your administrator.
Can I delete a work order?
Work orders are archived rather than deleted. Right-click the work order and select Archive; it moves to the archived list and can be restored. If you cannot see the Archive button, the work order's current status does not allow archiving. You can not archive work order if you are using a mobile app.
