Which browsers are supported?
The web app is fully compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Internet Explorer. We recomment to use Google Chrome.
What are the computer requirements?
None specific — the web app runs in a browser. The computer needs to run a current browser smoothly.
Are backups of our database made?
Yes. A backup of your database is created every day.
Can I edit or archive questionnaires in the mobile app?
No. Questionnaires can only be edited and archived in the web app, and once a questionnaire is published it can no longer be edited.
Can I add a photo from my device to a remark?
Yes. When adding a remark you can take a photo there and then, or pick one from the gallery.
