Logging In to Mobile App
Open the Frontu mobile app on your device.
On the login window, enter the Frontu online server name. For example, if the server name is "name.frontu.com," enter only the "name" part.
Provide your registered email address and password, which were created by the administrator in the web platform.
Tap the "SIGN-IN" button to proceed.
Password Recovery
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot password?" option.
Enter your domain name and email address associated with your Frontu account.
Tap "OK" to submit the information.
A password recovery link will be sent to the provided email address.
Access your email and click on the provided link to change your password.
Requesting a Free Demo
If you wish to explore the Frontu app through a free demo, locate the "Get free demo" button.
Tap on the button, and a form will appear.
Enter your email address and phone number in the provided fields.
Click the "Submit" button to send the demo request.
A Frontu representative will contact you to schedule a meeting and provide further details.
Only users with the "App User" role can log into the mobile application.
Each App User can log in to only one Frontu app at a time.
If a user changes devices and logs in, they will be automatically disconnected from the previous device. Therefore, it is crucial to synchronize all new data before switching devices to prevent any data loss or inconsistency.
