Manage Client Requests

Information on how to manage client requests in the web app.

Updated over a week ago

The list of client requests contains work orders registered by clients themselves and by authorized online users. When you right-click on a given request you will be able create an individual work order.

You can open the client request window by clicking on the bell icon in the main window. The number you see on the icon denotes the number of requests without created work orders.

To help you quickly find specific requests, the Client Requests list provides a filtering system at the top of the page.

You can filter client requests by the following criteria:

  • Title – Search requests by their name.

  • Object attribute – Filter by attributes assigned to the object.

  • Customer city – Display requests from a specific city.

  • Created – Filter requests by creation date.

  • Work order created – To show only requests without created work orders, show only requests with created work orders or all of them.

  • Customer – Filter by a specific client.

  • Object – Narrow results to a particular object.

  • Office – Filter by the office linked to the request.

  • User office – Filter by the office of the responsible user.

  • Project manager – Show requests assigned to a specific manager.

  • Tags – Filter using assigned tags.

  • Related work order – Display requests linked to existing work orders.

  • Archived – Include or exclude archived requests.

If you would like to export client requests, just click "Export client requests" button. Available columns are in the left side and selected columns will appear in the right side. You could mark "Select all" if you would like all columns to be in exported data file.

The exported data file can be found in the messages inbox.
