The Company's requests to perform specific works are saved in the Client Request List. After that, your Company's service provider, registers Work Order on the basis of the Client Request information.
After the request has been registered its execution may be observed on the Work Orders List, and the request text will be visible after the filtering parameter "With created work orders" has been selected.
If you wish to create new Client Request, you need to click the green New Client Request button right under the filter, or alternatively click Create New β Client Request, which is always available in the top left corner.
Note: The Frontu Customer Portal is now available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This version can be saved directly to mobile home screens and used just like a regular app, without downloading it from app stores.
When you click a given Client Request entry on the list preview pop-up window will appear.
