Preview Client Request

Client request review using quick/detailed view and the table with columns.

If you want to review the client request information, select it in the requests list and right-click on it.

Select QUICK VIEW. All information related to the client request will be displayed in a preview window. If you are authorized you can view customer, object and client request information. You will also see additional buttons that you can use in this view.

More button will open DETAILED VIEW. You can also access the detailed view directly from the list with an option "Detailed view". You will be able to see the same information as in QUICK VIEW however in more details. Files are also available only from detailed view or the table itself.

When you are in requests list, you can also see a lot of information regarding the requests. It is very comfortable and easy to access files. You will see "Additional information" columns.

If it has the icon, that means, there are files attached to the request. Click on the icon and you will get a preview of the files.

You can delete the file when clicking red X in the actions column. "More" button will open detailed view of the request and you will appear in the files section where the same delete action is available.

Have in mind that if you delete the file, there is no option to restore it. You will only get a pop up for confirmation but after it is confirmed, there is no way back.
