Accessing Work Order Information
Within the Info tab, users can access the information of their work orders. Not only can they view the specific details of the work order itself, such as its title, description, and planned dates, but they can also gather information about the individuals involved in the work order's creation and assignment. This includes the contact details of the work order creators, allowing users to directly communicate with them via email or phone.
Visibility of Assigned Users
Info tab displays the assigned user for the work order. This enhancement makes it easier for helpers to identify the individuals they will be working with on the work order, fostering seamless collaboration.
Contact Persons
Info tab provides access to Contact persons associated with the work order. Users can view their names, phone numbers, and email addresses, facilitating direct communication if necessary. Simply click on the contact person's phone number or email, and you will be able to initiate a call or send a message related to the work order.
Editing Work Orders
Frontu empowers users to make modifications to work order information through the Edit work order button. By clicking on the respective field within the Info tab, users can easily update the required details.
However, it's important to note that the availability of the edit work order option depends on the permissions granted by the administrator. Users can check their permissions in Settings under Mobile App user permissions. If the permission is not granted, the edit work order button will be inactive.
Canceling Work Orders
Users have the flexibility to cancel work orders that are no longer relevant. To initiate the cancellation process, click on the three dots located in the top right corner of the screen. This will reveal the "Cancel work order" option alongside the "Create related work order" option, if applicable. Selecting the cancel work order option will prompt a pop-up window requesting a cancellation reason. Enter the reason and click "Confirm" to proceed with the cancellation. If cancellation is not desired, click "Dismiss" to close the window.
After confirmation, the canceled work order will be accessible under the "Cancelled" work order filter. Please note that no further actions can be taken on a canceled work order. The administrator will also have visibility of the canceled work order, along with the provided cancellation reason.
Preview and edit actions for Customers and Objects
Users can view and edit customer and object details directly from the Info tab. By clicking on the info icon next to the client or object, you can open and review the entry. You can also make any changes to the information if you have granted "edit" permission.
When a customer/object card is opened, you can use a navigation, contacts (email and phone number) or even share an information with others. Use green button "Share client information" if you want to share it with your colleague. Custom fields for customer/object are visible below the general information
Selecting the pencil icon opens a pop-up window where users can modify the customer or object data. After making the necessary changes, click the "Save" button to update the information.
Viewing Custom Table Fields
If a customer or object includes a custom field with HTML text, specifically a table added in the administrator environment, app users can access and review it using the edit action. An active "Open table" link will be visible below the other information. Clicking on this link will open the table, allowing users to examine its contents. To return to the edit window, simply use the arrow located in the top left corner.
