Credit statuses is designed to help you identify indebted customers or any other peculiarities that may be relevant to your business.

You have the ability to create and assign credit statuses to your customers within our platform, starting from version 4.3.8. This feature is designed to help you identify indebted customers or any other peculiarities that may be relevant to your business.

To create a new credit status, simply click on the "+New credit status" button. Enter the required title field for the credit status and click "Save." The new credit status will then be added to the list of available credit statuses.

Assigning a credit status to a customer is straightforward. Locate the customer in the customer's list and click on the "Edit" button. The credit status field is not mandatory, so you can choose whether or not to use it for a particular customer. Select the desired credit status from the drop-down list and click "Save."

Credit statuses can be changed automatically when Frontu is integrated with your ERP or accountancy system. Check out details about integration implementation on Frontu service page.

The updated customer profile will be displayed in the list with the newly assigned credit status.

It's important to note that the credit status of a customer can always be changed according to the situation. This flexibility allows you to adapt and update the credit statuses as needed.

Have in mind that you can also filter work orders and periodic work orders by credit status. It will help to find all needed work orders and check if there are upcoming works planned.

When creating a new work order, you will have the visibility of the customer's credit status before assigning and sending the work order to an employee. Simply find the customer in the customer's list, and the credit status will be displayed along with other customer information. This enables you to make informed decisions regarding the priority and execution of the work order.

Additionally, if an mobile app user creates a work order for themselves, they will also be able to view the credit status of the customer. When the customers list is open in the work order creation form, the credit status information will be visible below the customer's name.
