Intercom is a communication platform that can be used for any questions or issues you may have working with Frontu.

Online chat helps to respond to problems in real time. Intercom can be reached from both: the Web App and the mobile App login window. Using web, you can find the Intercom messaging icon by logging in to your account if you already are Frontu user or on a Frontu page if you are only a visitor for this time. You can start a chat by clicking on the icon in the corner:

Click on the "Send us a message" button and you will be able to start a conversation with Frontu specialists immediately. They will answer your questions or help you to solve problems.

Formulate clear and short question or comment and click the red arrow symbol on the right side of your message or just press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Message that you have sent will be visible in red.

Always share some more context about the issue. That will help team to respond faster. You will be asked to select the type of the issue as well as the urgency.

Important: If you are not logged into your account and writing a request as a visitor, be sure to provide an email address. You will be notified about any updates on your request by email. Also, Frontu specialists will be able to contact you if any additional questions will appear.

When the issue is solved or question answered do not forget to rate the conversation! Frontu team really appreciates your feedback.

You can close the chat by clicking x icon at the bottom of the chat window.
