Accessing Online help

Using Mobile App Online help is a straightforward process that requires no additional add-ons. With just a few clicks, you can establish contact with our dedicated Customer Support team.

Click on the menu icon located on the left side of the app interface.

Within the menu, you will find the "Help" section, which includes the "Online help" option.

Click on the "Online help" option to access the direct chat functionality.

Initiating a Conversation

If you have not had any previous conversations, you will be greeted with an empty message space displaying the prompt "Start a conversation."

Begin by explaining the problem or question you have encountered. Rest assured that the Frontu experts are ready to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have.

Saving and Accessing Old Conversations:

All previous conversations are securely saved and remain visible for your convenience. If you wish to start a new conversation for a different issue or suggestion, please refrain from using the same chat. Instead, begin a new conversation to ensure effective communication and organization of topics.

Staying Informed

Once you have sent your message, you do not need to keep the chat window open. You can continue working within the app or even close the window. When a Frontu representative replies to your message, a notification will appear, ensuring that you don't miss any responses or updates.
