Check FCM Messages

If you want to verify whether an employee is receiving FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) messages, which are responsible for launching the synchronization mechanism and enabling work order cancellation/reassignment functionality, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Users" section in the system.

  2. Right-click on the user you want to check.

  3. From the context menu, select VERIFY CONNECTION WITH DEVICE.

After initiating the verification process, the system will attempt to establish a connection with the employee's device. The connection verification time column should refresh within a few minutes, indicating a successful connection.

However, if the date in the connection verification time column does not refresh after a few minutes, it may indicate that the employee needs to verify their notification settings on their device. In such cases, the employee should ensure that they have enabled notifications and allowed the system to send FCM messages.

By verifying the connection with the device and ensuring proper notification settings, businesses can ensure that employees receive important updates and notifications regarding work order synchronization, cancellation, or reassignment.
