The new page provides an overview of the current operational aspects of company’s account, including pending work orders, integration issues (if there are some), app version updates and professional services subscription. It helps you identify and address areas that need attention to maintain optimal performance and usage of Frontu platform.
Work orders that needs attention
Here you can find work orders that are still not completed for long period of time. It might indicate that the work order is late or forgotten.
Also we provide information when some work orders are missing customer's signature. Synchronization issue can also be a case and this is why we display how many unsynchronized work orders are available in the account.
Integration errors
Integration errors can be checked in the logs and fixed directly in the system. If there are no integration errors or the customer does not use any integration, this part shows as no issues.
Users with outdated app version
One more super important part is to know if your technicians are using the newest application version. In this table you can see how many users are using old version and review the list of them. Outdated application version can lead to synchronization issues or program malfunction. In this case we recommend to use automatic app updates.
Professional Services
Account Health table provides information if you are using any Frontu professional services. You can see operations calculation in this table. If you do not have any Professional Services Package, the data here will be empty.
Possible Object Duplicates
Object duplicates are usually defined by their title and serial number. There are some situations where duplicate entries are created. This table helps to find duplicates and remove them easily.
