In this article, we will explore work order completion process by filling the questionnaires and facilitating the attached pictures.

Questionnaires list

When a work order requires the completion of a questionnaire, Frontu automatically displays the relevant forms in the questionnaire tab. However, users also have the flexibility to add additional non-required questionnaires. By clicking the "Add" button and selecting a form from the list, users can include supplemental questionnaires to capture specific details or gather additional information.

Mandatory questionnaires are marked with "Mandatory" label in the list. You will also see how many questions are already answered if you started filling them.

If you will try to close the work order without filling the required answers, you will not be able to do that and will get the error pop up.

When Fill button is clicked, not fully answered questionnaires will appear with red color to help them identify faster.

Have in mind that questionnaires can only be craeted in web environment by administrators or user role users. It is not possibile to create a new questionnaire from the application side.

Filling the questionnaire

When you open a questionnaire, you will see question with possibile answers. Below you will see two buttons: "Add" and "Start".

Click "Start" icon and start speaking. Your voice will be recorded and added as a remark near the question. You can stop the recording by clicking on the button. If you will not stop, it will stop automatically when you will go silent.

The remark will be saved immediately. You can edit the text or add more information by typing or by using the same icon for voice recording.

Exclamation mark icon shows that the question is required.

The camera icon shows that image is required.

Adding Pictures

Frontu offers an option to add pictures directly from the device's gallery or capture photos in real-time. To add pictures, users can simply click on the camera icon. This action presents two options: take a picture or use a gallery to attach available pictures.

Add pictures and you will see them under the question. You can add as many pictures as you need and use a different source of adding them.

You are allowed to review, edit, or delete them if necessary. If you are satisfied with all the attached images, click "Save" to confirm.

Edit/delete/preview pictures

While the work order is still in progress, you can preview, edit or delete the picture. You can delete the picture by clicking x on the picture in the list that is on the up right corner.

Click on the picture itself and preview screen will be opened. Pencil, recycle bin and close icons are available.

In cases where further clarification is needed for the information provided in a photo, Frontu offers a pencil icon that allows users to mark specific details directly on the image. By using this annotation tool, users can highlight crucial areas or add visual indicators to enhance understanding. You can select different colors and mark some areas on the image. Do not forget to save changes by clicking on the green icon on the up right corner.

Have in mind that if the setting "Display date and location overlay on images" is selected "yes" in administrator platform, all pictures added by a technician will have a stamp with location and date&time on the left side corner.

Visibility in Work Order Completion and PDF Act

After the save action, users can easily view the question, the selected answer, and all the attached pictures within the work order completion interface. This ensures that all relevant information is readily accessible for review and verification. Furthermore, all pictures and photos added throughout the work order process will also be visible in the completed work order PDF act, providing a comprehensive record of the work order's progress and details.

If the application user adds some remarks to the answer, those remarks are marked in bold.

Only mobile app users can fill in the created and published questionnaires using the mobile app; administrators cannot fill them while using the web app.
