To find the Pivot, go to work orders in the menu and find a separate grey button "Pivot" that will make the Pivot appear under the filters.
With this powerful tool, you can create fully customized reports by selecting the exact data you need. The selection of the fields is very wide and you can select as many as it is needed to form the report for you.
Pivot empowers you to analyze field service operations from multiple angles, giving you deeper insights and helping you make data-driven decisions. Simply choose your parameters, organize them to your preference, and generate reports that fit your specific business needs.
We have even enabled a co-pilot for you. Need help structuring your data? No problem! The Co-Pilot feature is here to assist you. Simply describe the information you want to see and how you’d like it organized, then hit the "Generate" button. The system will process your request, which may take up to 30 seconds, and provide you with a tailored report.
Have in mind that Pivot feature is currently in its beta version, and we’re actively working on improving it. 🚀 While you can already create powerful custom reports, we’re continuously enhancing functionality, performance, and usability.
