If your account uses standard jobs per work order type, you control which standard jobs technicians can add for each type of work order.
How it works
When the feature is turned on, every standard job is linked to every work order type. Technicians see the full list of standard jobs, whichever type of work order they open.
To limit what they see, remove the standard jobs you do not need from a work order type. Removing a job from one type does not affect the other types.
Have in mind that this works by removing, not by adding. As long as you change nothing, technicians keep seeing all standard jobs.
New standard jobs and new work order types
A standard job created while the feature is on is linked to all work order types automatically. A new work order type is linked to all standard jobs the same way. Both are visible straight away, and you can hide them per type afterwards.
