The List of jobs shows every job that has already been added to your work orders — with time consumed, quantities, prices, and a link to the work order it belongs to. Use it to review and analyze work that was reported by your team.
Have in mind that the List of jobs is not the same as Standard jobs. Standard jobs is your catalog of predefined jobs with rates and durations. The List of jobs shows jobs that were already used in work orders — both standard and non-standard ones.
Where to find it
Go to Jobs in the left menu.
The List of jobs tab opens by default.
What you can see
Each entry shows the job name, Time consumed, Quantity, Date, Price, Price incl. VAT, Rate, Object, Customer, Work order, and Equipment. Click the object, customer, or work order number to open that record.
To open the work order a job belongs to, you can also right-click the entry and select View work order.
Filtering the list
Use the filter fields above the table to narrow down the list. You can filter by work order number, work order status, date, object, standard job, employee, customer, user office, and equipment. Click Filter to apply and Clear filter to reset.
Have in mind that the Archive filter is set to Not archived by default, so archived entries are hidden until you change it.
Adjusting the view
Click View Settings to choose which filters and table columns are visible and how the list is ordered.
Click Save to keep your setup for future visits.
