How to open it
Tap the calendar icon at the bottom of the work order list.
If you don't see the icon, the calendar isn't turned on for your company yet. Ask your Frontu administrator or contact Frontu support. Once it's on, the icon appears after the app's next sync.
What you see
Week strip: one card per day, showing the day, the date and your shift hours (for example
8–17). If no shift is planned, the card shows--. Today is highlighted.Faded days: days with no work orders and no shift are shown faded.
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday only appear when you have work planned on them.
Work order list: below the strip you see the work orders for the selected day. Each one shows its status, title, type, address and planned time.
Shift timeline: if a shift is planned for the day, it's shown under the work orders with its start and end times.
How to use it
Pick a day: tap a day card to see its work orders.
Change week: use the arrows beside the week title. The app keeps the same weekday selected, so if you were on Wednesday you'll land on next week's Wednesday.
Jump to a date: tap the week title (for example "Oct 6 – 12, 2025") and choose any date.
Search: tap the search icon to filter the selected day's work orders. You can search by title, work order number, address, city, client, object, object code or serial number.
Open a work order: tap it to go straight to its details.
Refresh: tap the sync button to get the latest changes from the office. A progress bar shows while it syncs, and the calendar updates when it's done.
Landscape mode: turn your phone or tablet sideways to see the day's work orders on the left and a timeline of the day's shift on the right.
Good to know
The calendar shows the same work orders as your work order list, placed on the day of their planned start time.
Work orders with no planned start time don't appear in the calendar. You can still find them in the normal list.
The calendar uses the data already on your phone, so it also works offline. Sync to see the latest changes.
