Approving Tasks

Possibility for service managers to approve completed tasks.

As a service manager, you have the power to approve completed tasks by your technicians. It's quick and simple! Just right-click on the completed task and select the 'Approve' option. Instantly, the task status will change to approved.

In the task detailed view you can even use the convenient shortcut letter "A", a pop-up message will appear, allowing you to confirm your action before proceeding.

If a customer hasn't confirmed that the task was completed successfully (status: Completed with Warning) with a red background, the service manager will be able to approve the task only after entering the answer to the customer's remarks.

Remember, even after a task has been approved, you still have the flexibility to reopen it if necessary. Stay in control of your workflow!
