Approving Work orders

Possibility for service managers to approve completed work orders.

As a service manager, you have the power to approve completed work orders by your technicians. It's quick and simple! Just right-click on the completed work order and select the 'Approve' option. Instantly, work order status will change to approved.

In the work order detailed view you can even use the convenient shortcut letter "A", a pop-up message will appear, allowing you to confirm your action before proceeding.

If a customer hasn't confirmed that the work order was completed successfully (status: Completed with Warning) with a red background, the service manager will be able to approve work order only after entering the answer to the customer's remarks.

Remember, even after a work order has been approved, you still have the flexibility to reopen it if necessary. Stay in control of your workflow!
