Approving Work orders

Possibility for service managers to approve completed work orders.

Updated over 2 months ago

As a service manager, you have the power to approve completed work orders by your technicians. It's quick and simple! Just right-click on the completed work order and select the 'Approve' option.

Instantly, the work order status will change to approved.

When the work order has suggested jobs/materials added and not fully filled from the application, administrator sees the informational message to review quantity/duration before approving. The message can be ignored if not relevant at the moment and action can be saved by clicking "Submit" button.

In the work order detailed view you can even use the convenient shortcut letter "A", a pop-up message will appear, allowing you to confirm your action before proceeding.

If a customer hasn't confirmed that the work order was completed successfully (status: Completed with Warning) with a red background, the service manager will be able to approve work order only after entering the answer to the customer's remarks.

Remember, even after a work order has been approved, you still have the flexibility to reopen it if necessary. Stay in control of your workflow!
