You can assign it to a specific user or work order type. This will facilitate the assignment to employees with different competencies sets.

Create skills

Why do we need them? You can define which work order types require to have what skills. Also it is useful when trying to assign a work order using calendar - we allow to filter the users only with your selected specific skills that are required so you see less selection of users and can assign work order quicker.

To create new skill, click "Users" top Tab "Skills" and then "New skill” button and enter a title in the inner window. After saving a skill it will be visible in the skills' list. The creation date identifies when the skill was created and the update date shows when the skill was edited or archived.

To export skills, click the "Export skills" button. You will find the exported data file in the messages inbox.
