Let us tell you about CNH Industrial (Case IH, New Holland, Steyr brands) integration and its advantages.

We are sure that together we can cover core needs such as automatically collected engine hours, vehicle coordinate updates and automation for work order creation based on necessary rules (e.g. error/fault code with the highest risk, engine hours reaching warranty limits, engine hours reaching next maintenance, etc.)

This is a brief step-by-step guide on how to use it:

  1. To access vehicle data in your Frontu account, you need to get permission from its owner.

  2. Copy the authorization URL from the object preview window and provide it to the vehicle owner.

  3. The vehicle owner will be redirected to the CNH Industrial account where he will need to login in with his credentials. Enter the credentials and click the “Sign in” button.

  4. After login - the vehicle owner needs to press a green Check button.

  5. This action will give access to the owner's Frontu account to reach all vehicles connected to the owner of the CNH Industrial account. Vehicles are linked by VIN which is taken from the CNH Industrial system and Serial Number field in Frontu system.

Have in mind that vehicle data (coordinates, engine hours, error/fault codes) are periodically updated every hour.

We believe that integration between Frontu and CNH Industrial allows seamless data sharing and communication between the two systems, improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of service processes.

By automating the transfer of data between systems, operators can eliminate the need for manual data entry, reducing the risk of errors and improving data accuracy.
