Work order history
You can review work order's history by accessing its detailed view. Click on green "History" button and you will be able to see more action history details.
The history is displayed in the format where the action comes first, field of change comes second and after that previous and new values are visible.
Action. Shows the exact date and time, user, platform and operation.
Field. The field where the action (create, update) was performed.
Previous. The previous value.
New. The new (current) value.
When new work order is created, the new record appears in the history with "Created" action. All the information that is also visible in the work order is displayed here.
If some changes were performed, they will be visible right away after the synchronization. All the changes are visible: status, assigned user, planned date and time, materials, jobs, routes information etc.
Each edit action from administrator and performance from the application side is recorded in history. You can always see who made the changes.
Periodic work order/request/customer/object history
Periodic work order, request, customer and object history can be reach via right mouse click on the entry. Select the "History" option and you will be able to see detailed information on creation and any updates after it.
The structure itself is the same as for the work order. However it includes unique information that applies to periodic work order, request, customer or object accordingly.
