There are few ways how to get a remote signature from customer when work order is reopened or unsigned.
The first way is to request the signature directly from the application when completing the work order. The client will receive an email containing a link that allows him to sign the work order remotely.
The second way is to send a request from administrator environment by email or phone number. To send updated or not signed work act to client, administrator should choose envelope icon next to work order status and fill in required client information to request signature.
You will be able to send the request by email or by the phone. Enter one of them or both and click "Save".
You will be suggested with emails and phones numbers if the customer has its data added as well as contact persons. If no info is provided in the customer card, you will be able to enter information manually.
The person will get email or SMS immediately and will be able to sign a work order. The work order will become "Completed" after the signature.
The third way is to click on QR icon next to the envelope. In this case you will be able to sign the work order by yourself.
The same QR code will visible in the detailed view. If the work order's status is unsigned or reopened, the QR code can be scanned directly from detailed view.
Just scan the QR code and you will be redirected to the work order signature page. Fill all the required fields, leave the signature and click “Sign”. You will see a success message. Work order will be signed and its status automatically changed to “Completed”.
If you want to send the form for customer to fill and sign, just copy the link you see under the QR code. Customer or you himself can click on the link, fill information and leave a signature too. The work order will be completed then.
