Causes list will be available when creating a work order. Multiselect is allowed. Also, causes can be changed at any time if needed. For now, the list is created from Frontu side according your needs but caution codes should come from the integration.
Causes filter is added to work orders list to help search faster. Also, you can see causes in quick and detailed views.

Overall report by employee and work order type,
Overall report by work order type and employee,
