The Compliance Add-on helps you ensure that all safety, regulatory, or operational checks are completed correctly for each work order. Using the add-on, admins can create compliance questionnaires in the Administrator platform, and technicians can fill them out on the mobile application while performing tasks.
How to create a Compliance form
If you would like start using the add-on, at first you need to create a Compliance form. Go to questionnaires and click "+New" button. The form itself will look the same as standard qestionnaire. However you will be able to see a checkbox "Compliance form". You should make sure it is marked.
Each compliance form must have an unique work order type. You will not be able to create 2nd compliance form for the same type.
Type is a required field for compliance form.
After the questions and answers are added to a Compliance form, click "Save and Publish" button. In this case form will be visible to application user right away he starts the new work order.
You can not add compliance forms to "Additional questionnaires" when creating a work order. They are not visible in the dropdown list.
The questionnaires list can be filtered by compliance form so the user can identify easier if it is a questionnaire or a compliance form.
Compliance form in the application
When work order is created and Compliance form is applied, a technician will not be able to start a work order without filling the form first. The pop up will appear when clicking on "Start" button.
The only option is to click "Fill" and fill the compliance form. The red text identifies that the form is not filled yet.
When you click "Fill", the compliance form appears.
When the form is filled, user will also see the pop-up notice. If you click "Fill", you can change the answers for the form. If "Start" is selected, user will be able to start a work order and navigate through tabs.
Filled Compliance form will appear in the PDF act the same way as other questionnaires are visible there.
Have in mind that you can add remarks or pictures to the compliance form too.
