Total report provides a lot of data that could be analyzed in different ways according to your needs. This report provides details of work orders, objects, customers, jobs, materials, routes along with their prices and quantities. Since the amount of submitted data is very wide and the report has many different usages, we recommend using the filters in the work orders list window to narrow the range of exporting work orders.

Only an administrator role users have the right to export a full report.

The most effective ways to use:

  • See how many different work orders were created during the selected period of time. You will be able to see which app user has been assigned to the biggest amount of work orders, whether he / she has worked with / without a helper, and how long it took to complete the work order.

  • Compare jobs and materials used in the work orders. You will easily notice the amount of jobs and materials added to the work order and will be able to see how long it took and cost.

  • View and compare work orders routes. You will be able to see all the route information and find out the distance, duration, cost and other indicators of the routes. This will help you evaluate how much time your staff spent on trip, from where and to exactly where they have traveled.

“Job by employee” field in the total report helps identify which user performed the specific job. Functionality is especially important if the work order is performed with helper(s).

Export work orders – data is exported in XLS format according to the criteria from the list received and sent to a user registered email. Only for users, who have list archiving rights.

All data (including custom fields) can be exported.
