How do I create a client?
On the Clients page select + Create New, fill in the information and save. You can then assign objects to the client.
Can I import clients and objects into Frontu?
Yes for web app users. Go to Settings → Data Import to open the import tool.
Can I use GPS coordinates instead of an address for an object?
Yes. Both the web and mobile app have latitude and longitude fields next to the address. Filling them in shows the employee the object's exact location on the map.
How do I get directions to a work order's object?
In the mobile app, press the three dots on the work order and choose Google Map Navigation. Google Maps shows the route from your current location, provided the object has an address or GPS coordinates. Another navigation app will be used if it is your device's default.
How do I assign a responsible person to an object?
In the object edit window. This is the client's own employee who signs the work order in the signing window.
