Our latest feature, "Reopen for app user," allows you to reopen a return task for Frontu application user to complete it in a proper way. Here's everything you need to know about this feature:

How to Use It:

The new feature will let the application user complete the task once again after the review was done. If you need a technician to make some corrections to the already completed task, reopen it for app user. The administrator or web platform user can easily reopen a task and return it to an application user.

Just right-click on the completed task and select “Reopen for app user”.

This will open a pop-up window where you can leave comments explaining why the task needs to be reopened. It will be saved in the action history tab available in the task detailed view for admin and web users.

For the application user the comments will be visible in the Info tab in red font, ensuring that they are aware of the reason for the reopening. Task status will be changed to “Stopped” and app user will be able to start a task again and fill in the missing information.

When It Can Be Used:

The "Reopen for app user" feature is especially useful when a technician forgets to add the required information (remarks, materials, etc.) before completing the task.
