Assigning work orders, helpers, and why one hasn't arrived

How many employees a work order can have, how to find a specific or unassigned work order, and what to check when a work order does not reach the app.

Can I assign a work order to more than one employee?

A work order has one responsible employee, but an unlimited number of assistants. Add them in the Helper field in the work order creation or edit window.

Why don't I receive new work orders in the mobile app?

Check these three things, in order:

  1. Internet connection. Make sure the device has connectivity, and that it is not very poor.

  2. Synchronization still running. If the synchronization wheel is still spinning, wait for it to finish.

  3. Assignment. The work order may have been created in the web app without being assigned, or assigned to someone else.

I can't find a specific work order in the list

Fow web user, use the filters at the top of the work order list. You can search by work order number or a fragment of it, work order title or a fragment, the employee it is assigned to, the client or location, and the current status. For the app user you can use search line on the top of the list and also status, type, date filters.

How do I see unassigned work orders?

For web user, in the work order list, set the Status filter to Unassigned and apply it. For the app user, a separate section in the menu called "Unassigned" is available if you have a permission to see it.
