Consider a scenario where work on a work order begins on the 16th day but remains unfinished and is paused. Subsequently, the task is moved to the following day, the 17th. Filtering work orders on the 16th day no longer displays the work order, making it appear as if no work was done on that day.
To address this challenge and maintain visibility within your work order list, utilize the "User work order time" filter. This filter specifically extracts work orders that were in progress during a specified time period.
Choose the time frame that encompasses both the 16th and 17th days, ensuring that the filter covers the entire duration when the work order was active.
Activate the filter, and it will display all work orders that were in progress during the selected time frame.
Now, you can easily see work orders that continued from the 16th to the 17th day, including their status changes and who worked on them.
