We have improved the most-used screens for better field speed and experience:

  • Object Info tab: A new, cleaner design makes it easier to find serial numbers, warranty status, and telemetry data (for CNH integration).

  • Questionnaire Tab: The UI has been refreshed for 2026 to be more intuitive, featuring a clearer layout for multi-select answers and mandatory photo prompts.

It is designed to ensure that every technician follows your company's standard operating procedures. It eliminates shortcuts and ensures that "completed" actually means the job is done right.

  • Workflow Guardrails: The technician cannot click "Start" until a safety checklist is finished, and cannot click "Complete" until a final inspection questionnaire is submitted.

  • Mandatory Photo Evidence: You can force the app to require a photo before the technician can move to the next step.

  • Unique Task Enforcement: Ensure that specific high-risk tasks are handled with a unique questionnaire that is non-negotiable for that work order type.

  • Audit Trail: It creates a bulletproof internal record showing that all safety and quality protocols were met for every single visit.

✍️ Consent Add-on

It manages the external relationship between your business and the customer, ensuring you have the necessary permissions to perform work or handle data.

  • Legal Disclaimers & GDPR: Automatically present customers with Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, or Liability Waivers before work begins.

  • Approved/Declined Status: Capture a clear "Yes" or "No" for specific service terms. The system logs the status, the timestamp, and who provided the response.

  • Remote & On-Site Signing: Consent can be collected directly on the technician's tablet during a visit, or sent via a remote link for the customer to sign from their own office.
